To Friends and Readers,
As some of you are aware, I have recently been working through some medical issues 'behind the scenes'. Unfortunately I've had to make the very difficult decision to stop blogging for an indefinite amount of time. I didn't want to leave everyone hanging and wondering where I've gone to. I will still be reading your blogs and commenting from time to time and I hope to return to blogging soon. xx Melanie

RECIPE // CHOCOLATE COATED STRAWBERRIES - 4 WAYS
Hi there! Chocolate coated strawberries are really fun to make and I love to give them as gifts. To make these you will need: fresh strawberries, chocolate melts (I chose dark chocolate, but milk and white chocolate look and taste yummy too) and any extras you want to add (I used crushed pistachios, Jaffas, peanuts and choc-banana sprinkles).
Melt the chocolate and dip a strawberry in, covering 1/2 - 3/4 of the strawberry - I like to leave a portion of the red. While the chocolate is still runny, sprinkle on the extras. Pop into the fridge or freezer for a couple of minutes to set the chocolate.
